Quality Assurance
Every order passes through the same checks, from the first supplier visit to the final carton.
Quality Is Checked, Not Assumed
A good sample does not guarantee a good bulk order. Quality has to be checked while the garments are being made, not only at the end.
We check at each stage: before cutting, during production and before packing. If something is wrong, it is found while it can still be fixed.

- Supplier sourcingWe shortlist manufacturers that suit your product, quantity and quality level.
- Material & fabric checkingFabric, colour and trims are checked against the approved sample before cutting.
- Production monitoringWe follow production and raise issues while they can still be fixed.
- Measurements & specification checkingGarments are measured against your size chart and spec sheet.
- Quality inspectionStitching, finishing, prints and embroidery are inspected before packing.
- Packing inspectionLabels, tags, folding, polybags and cartons are checked against your packing instructions.
- Pre-shipment consultationWe confirm the final status with you before the goods are dispatched.
What We Check
Fabric and Colour
Weight, hand feel and shade against the approved sample.
Measurements
Each size measured against your size chart.
Stitching and Finishing
Seams, hems, buttons, zips and loose threads.
Prints and Embroidery
Placement, size, colour and durability.
Labels and Tags
Brand, size and care labels, and hang tags.
Packing and Cartons
Folding, polybags, ratios and carton marking.
